Private Event Pricing Guide

Breakdown

• $150/player/hour for the first 2 hours. Each additional hour is $100/player.
• $300 if we are to provide and run the sound system. (microphones, speakers, mixer, cables, hardware etc.)
• A minimum of 2 hours is required to book.
• Lighting and stage rental are available upon request at an additional cost.

​Examples 

• Trio for 2 hours (w/ sound system): $1200 
• Solo performance for 3 hours (w/ sound system): $700 
• Quartet for 3 hours (w/ sound system): $1900 
• Duo for 3 hours (w/o sound system): $800

Notes

• To confirm the booking a 20% deposit will be due immediately with the remainder to be paid the day of the performance.
• For distances greater than 50 miles from Austin an additional $0.65/player/mile (round trip) will be added to the total.
• For larger shows (greater than 150 guests) a sound engineer may need to be hired at additional cost.
