Wedding Pricing Guide

• Pick any 2 options and 10 percent will be discounted from the total.
• Pick any 3 options and 15 percent will be discounted from the total.
• If selecting multiple options, but the band's location doesn't change then the sound system setup fee of $250 will only be applied once.​
• To confirm the booking a 20 percent deposit will be due immediately with the remainder to be paid the day of the performance.
• For distances greater than 100 miles from Austin (round trip) an additional $0.65/player/mile will be added to the total.

1 Hour Guest Arrival and Ceremony Music

• We offer classic ballads and jazz standards and are happy to arrange a couple instrumentals that the bride and groom request. 
• $250/musician + $250 to set up and breakdown the sound system.
• PA system includes wireless mics and/or lapel mics for the officiant and readers
• $200/hour/musician for any additional time

1 Hour Dinner Music

• Solo, duo or trio of musicians.  
• We will MC the toasts, speeches and wireless mics will be provided.
• $250/musician + $250 to set up and breakdown the sound system​
• $200/hour/musician for any additional time

1 Hour Cocktail Music

• Solo, duo or trio of musicians.  
• $250/musician + $250 to set up and breakdown the sound system​
• $200/hour/musician for any additional time

2 Hours Dancing Music

• We recommend at least a quartet with drums for dancing. 
• Price for a band for 2 hours is $500/musician + 700 to hire a sound engineer to set up and run the sound system.
• The band will be playing more swing dancing and two-stepping dancing music, not typical modern day wedding music.​​
• $200/hour/musician for any additional time
